Activities are free but donations always very gratefully received. Sessions are drop in unless otherwise indicated. Under 8's must be accompanied by an adult. Please check our FB page for any changes. Please call first if you are interested in bringing an organised group i.e. nursery, child minder, holiday club etc.

Water Fun

Wednesday 27th July 2 - 4pm

A fun afternoon with the APE Project and a network of pipes, pumps, bowls, plugs and buckets for kids to get involved in water play and think about water conservation.

Build your very own wind turbine to take home! Work with a scientist to test what electricity your turbine will generate and enter a competition to power a light bulb. Story Telling

Saturday 13th August 10am - 4pm

Mud, salt and marsh and fairies, smugglers and beacons, a beached whale and war horses are all a part of the River Severn's story. Listen to Michael Loader share stories and create new ones with help from you the audience. In partnership with A Forgotten Landscape

Regular activities at the farm

Farm Hands 8 - 11yr olds

All year

We have places available for local (Lawrence Weston, Shirehampton, Sea Mills and Avonmouth) 8 - 11yr olds who are in need of positive activities. Farm Hands help look after the animals and the gardens and contribute to the community farm in many ways. Please contact kerry@lwfarm.org.uk for an application form. Places are free.

Lunch Club

Tuesdays 12.00 - 1.30pm Dinner served at 12.30pm

Two courses and drinks £2.50. Come and enjoy some healthy home cooked food and have a look around the farm and make some friends.

Farm Tots

Wednesdays 10.30 - 12.00pm

Come and help look after the animals and gardens. For parents/carers and under 5's. Please call or look at our Facebook page to check it is running. £2.00 or £1.50 if you are a member (includes drink and snack).
