Lawrence Weston Community Farm is the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and other relevant regulations. – To allow people to register for events via Eventbrite

We will hold this information for three years from the date of consent. After this time we will re-contact subscribers to confirm they wish to remain on our mailing lists.

For data shared via Eventbrite for specific events, we will delete the data after six months of the event taking place.

We will use this information to keep people informed about farm news and to provide details about activities, courses and events.
