• Part-time:14 hours per week, worked over two days.*
• £30,000 (full time equivalent) £12,000 (actual)
• NEST workplace pension,28 days plus statutory holidays (pro rata)

*In order to meet the operational needs of the organisation the post holder will be required to work form the farm two days a week:preferably Mondays and Tuessdays, altough there might be some flexibility regarding the days of the week.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Fundraiser to lead the grant fundraising activities for the Farm.

• Your focus will be to maintain and grow the farm’s grant funding from institutions, trusts, foundations and other grant making organisations thereby enabling the farm to continue to help meet the identified needs of local community
• You will need to be passionate about your work, very well organised and have a strong track record of successful bid writing includingmedium and large three year applications.
• You will also be responsible for researching potential funders, maintaining a pipeline of funding opportunities and for preparing regular performace reports for the Farm’s director,LWCF Trustees and funders based on the monitoring and evaluation of our service delivery.
